The location of this hotel was ideal for our trip. It was situated in the heart of the town, which made it easy and convenient to explore the surrounding area. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, providing online check-in to save us time. The beds and pillows were a pleasant surprise, being some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. Additionally, the breakfast spread was varied and delicious, offering a great start to our days.
Despite all the positive aspects, there were a few things we didn’t enjoy during our stay. Firstly, the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly as there was a bit of dust around some areas. Secondly, the curtains in our room were in need of repair and could not be closed properly, leading to a bit of light coming through and disturbing our sleep. Lastly, on one morning we were disappointed to find that the breakfast had not been restocked properly, leaving us with limited choices. we had a good experience but there were some areas that could be improved.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. We were in the middle of everything, just a few steps away from the train station and the university. It was the perfect spot to explore the city, stroll around, and enjoy the festivities of the new year. The breakfast was great, especially the freshly baked pastries and the variety of bread offered. the bathroom was fully equipped, providing all we needed to freshen up every morning.
The staff at the hotel didn't seem to be enough for the number of guests staying there. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and we found some dust over the hairdryer and the furniture.
